He was predeceased by : his parents, Ray Palmer and Altus Palmer (Lord); his wife Shirley Palmer; his daughter Kathy Sue Palmer; his son-in-law Jerome Tillemans; his grandson Justin Palmer; and his brothers, Charles of William, AL, Weldon and Dick Palmer.
He is survived by : his son Stephen (Shelly Palmer); his grandchildren, Stephen (Nicole Tillemans), Kendra Johnson (Patrick Johnson), Drew (Katie Tillemans), Jared (Taylor Marcelino), Brandon Palmer, Courtney Marcelino and Joshua Marcelino; and his great grandchildren, Zander Palmer, Cash Johnson, Madison Beck and Parker Beck. He is also survived by Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
