He was predeceased by : his parents, John Budd and Esther Budd (Christensen); his wife G. Louise Torske; his daughters, Joann Peterson (Dave) and Julie Budd; his sister Bennetta Schurman; and his brother-in-law Herb Schurman.
He is survived by : his children, Jay O. Budd of Hastings, NE, Janet Johnson (Bob) of Red Cloud, NE and Joyce Turman (Jerry) of Lincoln, NE; and his close friend Gisela Patterson. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
