She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary Crom (Beamer) and Jay L. Crom; her former life partner Owen James McDougal, Jr.; her son Owen James McDougal III; and her siblings, Robert, Wayne, Richard, Howard, Rex Crom and Virginia Metzger.

She is survived by : her daughters, Ann Koozer (Robin) of Hastings, NE, Susan May (Stan) of Greeley, CO and Sarah McDougal of Des Moines, IA; her daughter-in-law Joni McCoy; and her grandchildren, Dr. Maggie Koozer (Mac Rundle) of Brooklyn, NY, Dr. C. J. Koozer (Dan Cole) of Yakima, WA and Christopher May of Greeley, CO. She is also survived by two step-great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, and wonderful lifelong friends.
