He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise; his children, Christopher and Cherilin; his siblings, Karen Worthington and Steve; his sister-in-law Lorie Berndt; his brother Bradley; and his sister-in-law Ann Berndt. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and a wide circle of friends and family.
