He was predeceased by : his parents, Irving Bonnell and Helen Bonnell (Anderson); his wife Pamela Patient; his stepdaughter Freda Myers; and his brothers, William Raymond Bonnell, Michael Lee Bonnell, Danny Lee Bonnell, Larry Leroy Bonnell, Laverne Jacob Bonnell and Irving Charles Bonnell.

He is survived by : his sisters, Rozzell Cresten Solis and Terri Lynn Bonnell of Fremont, NE; and his stepchildren, Charlie Patient of Kearney, Lola Schall of Sioux Falls, SD and James Schall of Hastings, NE.
