We announce the death of LeRoy E Lang of Hastings, Nebraska, who passed away on October 18, 2026, at the age of 81. LeRoy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine Lang and Minnie Lang (Schuldt); his son Thomas Lang; his granddaughter Carah; and his brother-in-law James Schamans, Sr..

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lang; his son Steve; his daughter-in-law Brandy Lang; and his grandchildren, Ethan Lang, Bryn Consbruck and Kerry Ann Lang.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Butler Volland Chapel (1225 N Elm Ave, Hastings, NE 68901). A rosary will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Parkview Cemetery (1246 N Elm Ave, Hastings, NE 68901).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to be established at a later date.
