She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Simmons and Helen Simmons (Stevens); her daughter Pamela Brown; and her siblings, Don Simmons, Clarence Junior Simmons, Betty Gonzela and Paul Simmons.

She is survived by: her children, Debra, Chris Ditto, Calvin Smith and Mark Smith; her grandchildren, Michquel (Mark Bonser), Christopher Barnes, Brandy Steffen, Jessica (David Vanstan), Kevin Smith, Nikki Barnes, Desirae (Mike Cardenas), Johnathan (Sdel Kussman) and Amber; and her siblings, Calvin Simmons, Margaret McCullough (Bruce), Ila Rohla and Sharon Brown. She is also survived by Many Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to the family.
