He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Mick (Kathy Mick) and Jane Mick (Heng); his wife Melissa Mick of Gibbon; his children, Christopher Mick and Katherine Mick; his brother Paul (Alicia Mick); his sibling's children, Mylee Mick, Kaylin Mick, Hope Mick and Emma Mick; his parents-in-law, Milan and Sandy Schneider; and his stepsons, Jackson and Sam.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM. A rosary was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Cecilia Catholic Church (301 W 7th St, Hastings, NE 68901). A Mass was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
