We are sad to announce that on August 23, 2025, at the age of 86, Mildred Eileen Fuglemsmo of Hastings, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Mildred departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Mildred. Though Mildred may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Janko and Frances Janko; her husband Einar Fuglemsmo; and her siblings, Vlasta Butler, George, Jerry and Milo Janko.
She is survived by: her daughter Dawna TerMaat; and her grandson Kyle TerMaat (Lincoln). She is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews, Great-Nieces, Great-Nephews, friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Livingston Butler Volland Funeral Home & Cremation Center (1225 N Elm Ave, Hastings, NE 68901). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
