It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil Avery Quig of Hastings, Nebraska, who passed away on May 22, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Neil Avery Quig to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Quig and Loraine Quig (Harms); his son Neil Avery Quig Jr.; and his brother Allen Quig. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Jungert; his son Andy Quig (Jen); his grandchildren, Taylor, Parker, MacKenzie and Avery Quig; and his sister Lynn Laballe.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Apfel Funeral Home (505 N Bellevue Ave, Hastings, NE 68901). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the Eagles Club.
