She was predeceased by: her parents, James Walker and Grace Walker (Burkey); her grandson Kevin Gaspers; and her sister Virginia Wahlander. She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Gaspers (John) of Hastings and Peggy Lowe (Ed) of Shelton; her grandchildren, Katie Luther (Ryan), Audrey Parks (Nate), Brad Lowe (Casey) and Dan Lowe (Danielle); and her great grandchildren, Nicklyn, Nolan Luther, Kinsley Parks, Cecilia, Colette and Wesley Lowe.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Apfel Funeral Home - Hastings (505 N Bellevue Ave, Hastings, NE 68901). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Grace United Methodist Church (1832 W 9th St, Hastings, NE 68901). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Alma Cemetery (614 Main St, Alma, NE 68920).
Memorials are suggested to Grace United Methodist Church or the Alma United Methodist Church.
