He is survived by: his friend Rick Sobotka; his wife Bobbi Cooper; his daughters, Sara Mahaffey (Barry), Katie Kreiss (Brad), Mayce Cooper (Braden Schumm), Jamie Ellis and Bailey Holton (Tyler); his grandchildren, Alex, Landon, Tristan, Brooklynn, Savanna, Layla, Sophie, Aliyah, Zoey, Liam, Jackson, Teagan, Carter, Barrett, Charlie, Tommy, Tatum, Kinsley and Sammy; his sister Nancy House (Mike); and his parents-in-law, Carol and Jerry Mulford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
