Rita Adeline touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Milo Kirkegaard; her son David Kirkegaard; and her siblings, Earl (Patricia), Lewis (Joyce), Glen Hanson (Joan) and Mary.

She is survived by: her children, Marcia Smith (Dennis), Steven Kirkegaard (Jo Ann Gettig), Gary Kirkegaard (Tony) and Scott Kirkegaard (Patricia). She is also survived by Grandchildren: 12 Great-Grandchildren: 10 Numerous Nieces, Nephews, other extended family and many friends.

Memorials may be given to the Hastings Catholic Schools Endowment Fund or Catholic Social Services.
