He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic "Dim" Hoffman and Elizabeth "Liz" Hoffman (Dempewolf) of Juniata, NE.; his sister Catherine Hemberger; his brother-in-law Kenny Hemberger; and his nephew Kevin Hemberger.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Hoffman (Ball) of Hastings; his son Mason (Michelle Hoffman); his grandchildren, Mara, Natalie and Theodore "Tate" of Juniata, NE; his children, Aaron Hoffman of Hastings, NE and Acacia Hoffman; his grandchildren, Rainey and Lili of Oregon; and his siblings, Betty Phillips (Ronald) of Omaha, NE and John Hoffman (Leslie) of Juniata, NE. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Livingston Butler Volland Funeral Home & Cremation Center (1225 N Elm Ave, Hastings, NE 68901). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Cecilia Catholic Church (301 W 7th St, Hastings, NE 68901).
Memorials may be given to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital, Shriners Hospital, or Paralyzed Veterans of America.
