He was predeceased by: his parents, David Stark and Bertha Stark (Buckley) of Alliance Nebraska; and his wife Elizabeth Kleier. He is survived by: his sons, Charles Stark of Carlisle Pennsylvania and Allan Stark of Parker Colorado; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Madeline Stark, Emily Stark, Robert Zhang and Jessica Zhang of Lawrence Kansas.
Memorials may be given to Zion Lutheran Church or Orphan Grain Train.
