She is survived by: her husband Ray Perkins; her sons, Brett (Ryann Perkins) and Eric (Jamie Perkins); her grandchildren, Jaxon, Anden, Emmalee, Eva, Oaklynn Perkins, Miles and Evelynn Campbell; and her siblings, Valerie Hoy (Les) of Georgia and Scott Hilger (Silvana) of Illinois.
Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
