We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2024, at the age of 102, Velma Lillian Hajny of Hastings, Nebraska passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Velma Lillian Hajny to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Emil Skalka and Carrie Skalka (Herbeck); her husband Emil Hajny; her sister Evelyn; and her brother-in-law Leo Kimminau.

She is survived by : her children, Marilyn Hajny (Hastings), Patricia Hajny, Hastings, David, Elizabeth Hajny (Hastings), Bernie and Desi Hajny; her grandsons, Jeff (Chelsea Hajny) and Lincoln (Kristina Ellsworth); and her great grandchildren, Aidan, Marcus, Mason, Abigail and Alex. She is also survived by Many Nieces & Nephews.

Memorials may be given to Clay County Historical Society/For St. Martin's Loucky Church.
