With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William L. Spooner Sr. of Hastings, Nebraska, born in North Platte, Nebraska, who passed away on August 17, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, LaVern Spooner and Margaret Spooner (Condon); his wife Lola E. Myers; his son Shawn Spooner; his stepfather Arnold Mahloch; and his siblings, Robert (Beverly Spooner), Helen Spooner and Judy Kearney.

He is survived by : his sons, William Spooner Jr. (Mike Spooner), Terry (Sandy Spooner) and Patrick (Billie Spooner).

Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
