She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert C. Beezley and Lillian E. Beezley (Counce); her husband Lawrence W. Lauenroth; her son Nicholas B. Herald; and her brother-in-law George H. Miller.

She is survived by : her children, John R. Herald (Sefuluai Tuigamala) of Lakeside, CA and Jill E. (Franklin H. Pope) of Springtown, TX; her sister Jean R. Miller of Hayes Center; and her grandchildren, Caitlin E. and Lawrence H. Pope of Rosann, JL..
