She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Woodard and Susan Marie Cook (Powell); her husband Richard; her brother Raymond Cook; and her siblings-in-law, Eva Cook and Jim Smith.

She is survived by : her children, James (Dea McPherson) of Fairbury and Kathleen Siebert (Katie) of Beaufort, SC; her grandchildren, Matthew McPherson (Ashley) of Omaha, Mindy Riley of Grand Island, Shaun McPherson (Samantha) of Hallam, NE, Joshua McPherson of Deshler, Ashley McPherson of Hebron, Michael Nakamoto (Shaneil) and James (Jennifer) of Ridgeland, SC; her great grandchildren, Ryker, Callie, Garrick, Kyslee, Jamie, Harper, Haydon, Heston, Jeremiah, Hailey, Josiah, Maeghan, Mason, Joliet, Lily, Elizabeth and Qi'ra; her sister Johanna Smith of Roseville, CA; and her nephew Steven Cuillard. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.

Memorials will go to the Muscular Dystrophy Association or Parkinsons Association.
