He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Lynn Heying (Rick Souerdyke); his wife Diane Heying; his grandchildren, Grace of Hebron, Nebraska, Chloe of Hebron, Nebraska and Samuel Souerdyke of Hebron, Nebraska; his sister Doris Drees (Vince) of Freeport, Illinois; his nephew Jeff Drees of Davis, Illinois; and his niece Lisa Carlson (Brad) of Davis, Illinois. He is also survived by family members and friends.
