In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Billy Eugene leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Billy Eugene may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Tittler and Marie Tittler (Collier); his former wife Sandra W. Glathar; his wife Donna; and his sisters, Melby Lilian Walters (Edson) and Frances Elizabeth Willmore (Don).
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Kevin Glathar (Malinda), Brenda Steinhauser (Steve) and Merle Glathar. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and friends.
