He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Kay Jones; his brother Dick Templin; his children, Dee Rizek (Steve), Sam Page St (Sam), Chris Heitmann (Marlyn) and Lee Templin (Tisha); his pet Aussie; and his grandchildren, Melissa Blankenship, Jacob Rizek, Paige Turan, Ali Snodgrass, Levi Templin, Briar Templin, Peyton Page and Hayden Heitmann.
