He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Stricker and Rosie Stricker (Martin); his sister Deb; his nephew Casey Stricker; his sister-in-law Nancy Stricker; his brother Randy; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Sample and Brian Cullan.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Sample; his children, Richard of Hemingford and Stephanie Rolls (Scott) of Sidney; his grandson Tyler (Carrie Olson); his great grandchildren, Jaelyn, Kinsley, Chesni and Bennett; his grandson Kyle (Jaime Olson); his great grandchild River; his grandchildren, Lexi (Jordan Lofing), Jake (Megan Olson) and Hayden McDonald; his siblings, Donald Stricker (Linda), Wally Stricker of Alliance and Linda Wood (Lyle) of Cheyenne, WY; and his brother-in-law Rick Sample (Jean Norman). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
