He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Rowe and Mary Elizabeth Rowe; and his father-in-law Bennie Ward. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ward of Hemingford; his children, Ben Rowe (Lee) of Bingham, NE and Elizabeth Zerck (Karl) of Alliance, NE; his grandchildren, Wyatt Rowe, Skylor Rowe, Ty Rowe, Bry Rowe (Summar), Kooper Zerck and Ember Zerck; his brothers, Phill Calder and Ed Calder; his mother-in-law Bessie Ward; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Adamson (LeRoy), Irene Sauder, Alice Robbins (Terry) and Robert Ward (Shelia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hemingford American Legion Post #9 (713 Box Butte Ave, Hemingford, NE 69348).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Hemingford Volunteer Firefighters Association, the Hemingford American Legion Post No.9, or sent to Dorothy Rowe, P.O. Box 42, Hemingford, Nebraska, 69348.
