The passing of Wayne W. Knote of Hemingford, Nebraska leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 27, 2025 at the age of 52. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daryl Knote and Linda Knote (Nicks); and his grandparents, T. G., Lottie Nicks, Wayne and Christine Knote.
He is survived by: his wife Amanda Grant; his daughters, Emily Knote of Provo, UT and Sara Knote of Scottsbluff, NE; his sibling Thomas Knote of Lincoln, NE; his in-laws, Larry and Barbara Grant of Marsland, NE; and his siblings-in-law, Shawn Grant (Stacey), Rebecca Wignall (Nick) of Alliance, NE, Melissa (JD) and Langston of Brighton, CO. He is also survived by three aunts; numerous nieces, nephews, great-niece, great-nephews, and cousins; and his close friend.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Alliance Eagles Club (1520 W 3rd St, Alliance, NE 69301).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hemingford Volunteer Firefighters Association and the Alliance Eagles Club.
