He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Friesen and Erma Friesen; his wife Peggy Friesen; and his siblings-in-law, Allyn Friesen, Bob Bowman, Larry Bowman, Butch Bowman, Linda Quiring and Sherrie Crow.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Friesen (Cori) of York, NE and Stacy Nickels (Lonnie) of Geneva, NE..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bethesda Mennonite Church (930 16th St, Henderson, NE 68371). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to his family for later designation.
