He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Moorhead and Olga Moorhead (Haugland); his sisters, Donna Arnett and Darlene Kay; and his daughter-in-law Beth Moorhead.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Hansen; his children, Mike Moorhead of Eagle, NE, Susan Mooney (Jamie) of Whitehorse, Yukon and Jimmy Moorhead (Jane Clark) of Elk Grove, IL; his grandchildren, Cody Moorhead of Lincoln, Clair Mooney of Toronto, ON, Katelyn "KC" Mooney of Whitehorse, Yukon and Samantha Moorhead of Eagle; his brother Jack Moorhead (Peg) of Hershey; his brother-in-law Bill Arnett of North Platte; and his cousins, Rick Odean (Dodie) of North Platte and John VanPelt of Paxton.
