He is survived by: his wife Tammie Lynn Henning Welsh of Hershey, Nebraska; his sons, Dr. Justin Scott Welsh (Tania) of Gilbert, Arizona and Trevor Alan Welsh of Hershey, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Cameron Welsh and Isabella Welsh; and his siblings, Bob Welsh (Roxanne) of Ogallala, Nebraska and Melinda Files of Corpus Christi, Texas..
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Grace Lutheran Church (1010 2nd St, Sutherland, NE 69165).
