He was predeceased by: his mother Alice; his siblings, Lewis Messenger and Judy Wilson (Messenger); his granddaughter AnnaMarie Isaacs; and his great grandchild Zellie Therese Isaacs.
He is survived by: his children, Alice Messenger (Wagner), Charles and Karen Messenger; his wife Jodie Messenger (Naderhoff); his daughter Dawn Plympton (Robert); his siblings, Cathi Newsham (Tom Martinez), Mark and Leon Messenger; and his stepchildren, Jordan Onwiler (Mark) and Andrew Naderhoff Sean Carey (Veronica). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, niece and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made with Cancer Society Association or Cedars Youth Services of Lincoln, NE.
