He was predeceased by : his parents, Tony Topp and Mae Topp (Burling); his wife Shirley (Fischer); his son Russell; his great grandchild Nash; his sister Lila; and his brother-in-law Cletus Karthauser.
He is survived by : his children, Rodney (Debra), Bruce (Kimberly), Cindy Holden (Doug), Barb Jobes (Jeff) and Carla Anderson; his daughter-in-law Karen Topp; and his brother-in-law Dell Fischer (Marlene). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, (many with spouses); 21 great grandchildren.
