He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jr. Miller and LaVon Miller (Rosenbaum); and his wife Donna Miller (Scheierman). He is survived by: his children, Sarah Juarez (Clayton) of Bellevue, NE, John IV Miller (Christine) of Bennington, NE and James Miller of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Kate, Carson and Eliana; his brother Joe Miller of Gering, NE; and his close friend Merrie Edwards of Lincoln, NE. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
