He is survived by: his wife Patty; his children, Patrick (Michelle), Michael and Sabrina; his grandchildren, Cheyenne (Logan), Ryan, Samantha and Connor; and his siblings, Sharon and Arlen.
Burial: Hickman Presbyterian Cemetery, Memorials to the family for designation at a later date.
