She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Lee and Mary Lee (Watts); and her husband Raymond C. Cook. She is survived by: her son Phillip Cook (Debra) of Holdrege; her grandchildren, Stacie Hinz (Kent) of Smithville, Missouri and Nathan Cook (Amy) of Orlando, Florida; and her great grandchildren, Colby Hinz, Cayden Cook, Lium Cook and Caleb Cook.
A memorial has been established in June's honor and kindly suggested to Lighthouse Baptist Church in Loomis, Nebraska.
