He is survived by: his mother Donna Johnson (Kreutzer) of Holdrege; his wife Kay Rose Kassebaum; his children, Vanessa Johnson of Holdrege, Samantha Johnson of Holdrege and Richard Johnson of Holdrege; his granddaughter Katrina Johnson; his child Kaydence Johnson; his sister Christine Keas of Ft. Worth, Texas; his sister-in-law Lisa Johnson of Holdrege; his nephew Josiah Keas of Ft. Worth; and his uncles, Marlo Kreutzer (Sharon) of Funk, Nebraska and Terry Kreutzer of Keystone, Nebraska. He is also survived by cousins and many friends.
