She was predeceased by: her siblings, Ron Hoff, Elmer Hoff, Jim Hoff and Betty Schwartz; her siblings-in-law, Rueben Schwartz, Clinton Carlson (Lorraine), Evelyn Carlson and Virginia Johnson; her nephew Ron Carlson; her niece Beverly Carlson; her daughters, Carol Holcomb and Linda Cason; her son-in-law Charlie Holcomb; Sam Carlson.

She is survived by: her former husband Neil Holen; her husband Sam Carlson; her daughter Teresa Archer of Holdrege; her grandchildren, Christie Leigh Pujado (Matt) of Key West, Florida, Shandra Garcia (Eloy) of Caldwell, Idaho, Heather Behrendt (Eric) of Holdrege, Chelsea Gengenbach (Anthony) of Eustis, Nebraska, Branda Archer (Colten) of Holdrege and Barrett Belmudz of Caldwell, Idaho; and her great grandchildren, Alexandria, Seriana, Jesse, Jr., Christopher, Lilee, Harmony, Samuel, Jayden, Allison and Logan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

A memorial has been established in Donna's honor and kindly suggested to the charity of choice.
