He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Leonard and Gladys Leonard (Smith); his siblings, Paul Leonard, Dan Leonard and Lillian Whipple (Irvin); his in-laws, Joe and Lela Halouska; and his grandson-in-law Bill Stepanek.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Halouska of Holdrege; his children, Jim Leonard (Marcia) of Kearney, Cheryl Klausen (Bob) of Rockville and Vicky Zabka (Brian) of Grand Island; and his sisters-in-law, Verna Leonard and Glenda Leonard. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
