She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Layton and Zella Layton (Cady); her husband Jim Naslund; her siblings, Phyllis, Bob, Violet, Betty, Connie, Keith, Arlene, Pauline and Dorothy; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Naslund.
She is survived by: her sons, Butch Braunersrither of Holdrege, Patrick Braunersrither of Holdrege, Robert Braunersrither (Nancy) of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Mark Braunersrither of Holdrege and Kelly Naslund (Jane) of Kearney; her sister Maxine (Jim) of Chyanne, Wyoming; and her brother-in-law Ronald Naslund (Ruby) of Alpha, Illinois. She is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in Janice's honor and has kindly been suggested for later designation.
