Goos (Trollope); her husband Kenneth Peterson; her children, Kindra Hibbard (Dustin), Kyle Peterson (Jennifer) and Kelly Peterson (Courtnee); her grandchildren, Logan, Ethan Hibbard, Chase Peterson, Kaley Sechler, Noah Gabriel and Samuel Peterson; her siblings, Sandy Tilson, Janet Anderson and Danny Beckman (Skye); her siblings-in-law, George Peterson, Lawrence Peterson (Larry), Doris Waggoner (Don), Donald Peterson (Kris) and Daniel Peterson; her brother Jim Beckman; her stepfather Walter Goos; her parents-in-law, Bernhard and Christina Peterson; her siblings-in-law, Virginia Peterson, Eleanore Dudley, Linda Peterson, Estle "Tilly" Tilson and Ceicil Dudley; her nephews, Damien Beckman and Brooke Peterson; her cousins, Mike Johnson and Tracey Vandement; and her uncles, Dennis Beckman, Darrell Beckman, Don Beckman, Les Trollope and Larry Trollope.

A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Open House (524 Hancock St, Holdrege, NE 68949).

In lieu of flowers and to honor Kathy's generous heart, an account has been set up at First Interstate Bank, Holdrege, in Kathy's name.
