He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence C. Peterson and Pearl Peterson (Bell); his grandson Matthew Pearson; and his brother Dean Peterson (Sonja). He is survived by: his children, Lynne Pearson (Kyle) of Claremore, Oklahoma and Kirk Peterson (Brittney) of Holdrege; his grandchildren, Krista Burgess (Jimmy) of Basehor, Kansas, Brock Peterson of Holdrege, Sara Pearson of Claremore, Anna Goettl (Hank) of Clarkdale, Arizona and Emma Peterson of Holdrege; and his close friend Linda Mattson of Holdrege. He is also survived by three step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in Kenton's honor, and kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
