She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Mark "Bob" McClymont; her mother-in-law Nettie McClymont (Cobb); her daughter-in-law Leslie McClymont; her siblings, Robert Spongberg (Maxine), Ralph Spongberg (Carolyn) and Grace Geist (Fred); and her siblings-in-law, Florence Rickard (Donal) and Fred Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Ann, Kirk McClymont of Holdrege and Betsy Olson (Roger D. Olson) of Holdrege; her grandchildren, Allison Post (Charles "Billy" Post) of Denver, Colorado and Mark "Drew" McClymont (Katey) of Holdrege; her great grandchildren, Paul and Michael McClymont; her stepgrandchildren, Nancy Garrelts (Todd) of Holdrege and Dave Olson of Holdrege; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Paige Marquardt (Austin), Blake Garrelts, Sloane and Ryder Post; her sister-in-law Jean Williams of Funk, Nebraska; Judy Vaughn of Holdrege. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established in Mae's memory and kindly suggested to the First Presbyterian Church in Holdrege, the Nebraska Prairie Museum, or the Holdrege Senior Center.
