The passing of Mark M. Rona of Holdrege, Nebraska leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on September 11, 2025 at the age of 91. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Mark may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mark touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rona and Anna Rona (Rubin); his wife Naedean Smith (Warren); his brother Robert Sigmund Rona; and his nephew Michael Rona.
He is survived by: his wife Jo-Anne of Holdrege; and his children, Raedean Rona of Downey, California and Dean Rona (Michele) of Beaverton, Oregon. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Mark's honor, and we kindly suggest that donations be made to the Cancer Society.
