He was predeceased by: his parents, Red Mayo and Norma Mayo; and his brothers, Terry and Gary. He is survived by: his sister Norma Jean Mayo (Keslar); his close friend Linda Lugo of Holdrege; his siblings, Larry Mayo of Holdrege, Susan Remmenga of Bertrand, Nebraska, Linda Swearingen (Clyde) of Grand Island, Nebraska, Nancy Elting (Doug) of Lincoln, Nebraska and Pam Joy of Holdrege; and his sister-in-law Cindy Mayo of Funk. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A memorial has been established in Ron's honor, and kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
