With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stuart Paul Embury of Holdrege, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 5, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Stuart shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Stuart farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Nelson-Bauer Funeral Home (401 Burlington St, Holdrege, NE 68949). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the First Presbyterian Church - Holdrege (1103 Sheridan St, Holdrege, NE 68949).
He was a trustee of the University of Nebraska Foundation.
