We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2024, at the age of 95, Charleen F. Sager of Hooper, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Gertrude Schurman and Winfreth Schurman (Foxy); her husband Dale; her in-laws, Eugene Eckhardt, Floyd, Grace Sager and Dorlene Luther (Sager); and her niece Joy Luther.

She is survived by : her sister Arlette Eckhardt of Champaign, IL; her brother-in-law Wayne Luther of Fremont; her nephew Ron (Nancy Sager) of Nickerson; her niece Kay (RC); and her grandchildren, Erika (Johnny Leuenberger), Jennifer Reiman, Janelle (Jason Lorsch), Valerie Reiman and Mark (Brittany Sager). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, many loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ludvigsen's Hooper Funeral Chapel (108 E Elk St, Hooper, NE 68031). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Redeemer Lutheran Church (601 E Fulton St, Hooper, NE 68031). A burial was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at the Hooper Cemetery.
