We bid farewell to Mary Vaughn of Hooper, Nebraska, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 11, 2025 at the age of 88. Mary touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her father George Washington Wolcott III; her husband Dick DeWayne Vaughn; and her brother Jim. She is survived by: her mother Regina Maeta Wolcott (Moseman); her children, Barbara (Ryan Langemeier) of Hooper, Vickie (Scott Shurmur) of Lubbock and Hugh (Sarah Vaughn) of Hooper, Nebraska.; her grandchildren, Peter Thomas (Megan), Benjamin Langemeier (Sydney), Nathan Vaughn (Noraa), Joseph Langemeier (Allyson), Justin Vaughn, Lily Vaughn and Robin Shurmur; and her great grandchildren, Rowan Langemeier and Hudson Vaughn.
Memorials may be given to Saving Grace Pit Bull Rescue in Wilson, Texas or to the Humane Society.
