He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Vacha and Marie Vacha of Scribner; and his sister Carol Brester of Dodge. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Vacha of Hooper, NE; his son Preston (Amanda Vacha) of Fremont, NE; his grandsons, Aiden and Easton; his great grandchild Brady (Andrea Vacha) of Scribner, NE; his son Nathan (Jennifer Vacha); his grandchildren, Paityn, Brynlee and Liam; his son MJ (Kathryn Vacha); his grandchildren, Olympia and Aella Michael; Sophia, Neveah, Jett, Hazel, Derek (Bernadette Vacha) of Bennington, NE, Genevieve, Harper and Norah.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church (910 Grant St, Scribner, NE 68057). A wake will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the family for later distribution.
