He was predeceased by : his parents, John Pickhinke and Barbara Pickhinke (Vesely); his wife Lucille Tschantre; his daughter-in-law Kathy Pickhinke; his grandson Dustin Pickhinke; his grandson-in-law Jeremy Carder; and his siblings, Richard Pickhinke and Dorothy Janousek.

He is survived by : his sons, Gary (Lori) of Howells, Larry (Karen) of Lincoln, Dennis (Joyce) of Howells, Duane of Missouri and Russell of Howells; and his brother-in-law Daniel Tschantre (Alice) of Columbus. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 13 Great-grandchildren.
