He was predeceased by : his father Rynold Kalisek. He is survived by : his mother Wilma Kalisek; his brothers, Bruce Kalisek (Joyce), Mike Kalisek and Ken Kalisek; his children, Katie Vogel (Josh), David Kalisek (Amy), Richard Kalisek (Iris Rayburn) and Mary Spanel (Alex); and his grandchildren, Violet, River, June and Robin Vogel. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
