She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hegemann and Arlene Hegemann (Fendrick); her parents-in-law, Lambert and Marilyn; and her sisters-in-law, Patti Molacek and Patty Dostal.

She is survived by: her children, Michael E. Dostal (Bethany Dirkschneider) of Howells and Sara Gasper (Adam) of Cairo; her husband Michael L. Dostal; her grandchildren, Lydia, Millie and Isaac; and her siblings, Daniel (Rita) of West Point, Jeanette Collier (Steve) of Newhall, CA, Dale (Mary Kay) of Columbus, Donald (LaDonna) of Lincoln, Darryl (Deb) of Howells, Dean (Linda) of Hastings and Delwin (Carol) of Howells. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
